Information associated with your account
Blue Swan may store your name, email address, secure account credentials, Blue Swan identifier, partner-pairing information, assessment responses, report data, dashboard activity, support messages, and technical or security information needed to operate the platform.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate your account, provide assessments, create dashboards and reports, support intentional partner pairing, maintain platform security and reliability, and respond to account or technical-support requests.
Partner comparisons and professional access
When you intentionally pair with a partner, Blue Swan may create comparison views and relationship reports using both partners' responses. When professional access has been enabled for a relationship, an authorized therapist or relationship professional may view the couple information and reports made available through the Therapist Portal.
AI-assisted report content
Some reports may use AI-assisted processing to summarize response patterns and generate interpretive language. AI-generated content can be imperfect and is intended to support reflection and conversation, not to replace professional judgment.
Security and account responsibility
Blue Swan uses account controls and reasonable technical safeguards to limit access to authorized users. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password, use only your own account, and contact Support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Corrections, access, and account questions
Contact Blue Swan Support to request an account correction or ask about access to, retention of, or removal of information associated with your account. Requests may require identity verification and may be limited by operational, security, or legal requirements.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated as Blue Swan's services and data practices develop. The current version will display its latest revision date.
